    Short version: Voxetu collects only what is needed to provide the service. We never sell your data. Camera and microphone data is processed entirely on your device — no audio or video is ever sent to our servers.
  

1. Who we are

Voxetu is a product of PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., operating under the PalsyWorld.com brand. Our registered address is in India. Contact: support@palsyworld.com

2. What data we collect

Account data: Name, email address, password (hashed), condition type, language preference.
Communication sessions: Messages typed or selected, timestamp, and input method used (keyboard, blink, breath, gaze, emotion, symbol). This is stored to power the caregiver dashboard and session history.
Health data: Pain scores, medication logs, daily check-ins — only if you choose to log them.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used — to improve the product.

3. Camera and microphone

Blink mode and gaze keyboard use your front camera. Breath mode uses your microphone. All processing happens entirely on your device using on-device AI (MediaPipe). No camera footage or audio is ever transmitted to our servers. We never record, store, or process video or audio data.

4. How we use your data

To provide the AAC communication service
To show your communication history and health data in the caregiver dashboard (only to people you explicitly invite)
To send you account emails (welcome, password reset, weekly summary)
To improve Voxetu's features and accuracy

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Brevo — email delivery service (name and email only)
Your invited caregivers — only the data you choose to share
Legal authorities — only if required by Indian law

6. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@palsyworld.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.

7. Children's privacy

Voxetu may be used by children with disabilities under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted to server-level access only.
