1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using Voxetu (voxetu.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Voxetu is an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) web application provided by PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. The service includes keyboard-based communication, blink detection, breath detection, gaze keyboard, emotion board, symbol board, caregiver dashboard, and related features.

3. Free and paid plans

The Free plan is available permanently at no cost and does not expire.
Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Care Team) are billed monthly.
Subscriptions auto-expire after one month. There is no automatic renewal — you must manually renew.
Digital subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
On expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan. All data is preserved.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if younger.
One account per user. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Voxetu to:

Transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

6. Medical disclaimer

Voxetu is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The blink detection, breath detection, and gaze features are assistive tools and may not be 100% accurate. Do not rely solely on Voxetu for emergency communication without backup systems in place.

7. Caregiver access

By inviting a caregiver, you explicitly consent to sharing your communication history, health data, and check-ins with that person. You can revoke caregiver access at any time from Settings.

8. Intellectual property

Voxetu and all associated code, design, and content are owned by PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of any phrase libraries or custom content you create.

9. Limitation of liability

PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use Voxetu. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes. Continued use of Voxetu after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
